Everywhere, Everyday

The Influencer

Our world is changing for the worse

We used to be able to leave our doors unlocked

Used to not hear people curse

People everywhere, everyday, people are mocked

For just being who they are

Crime used to not exist

Everywhere, everyday, people leave scars

People could walk and not feel like they need to resist

People could love without being hurt

Swimming used to not be a hazard

We now need alarms to alert

All that is wrong goes unheard

Officers are needed

People go hungry when they should not

More are bleeding

More are shot

Everywhere, everyday, our only source of life, is being destroyed

Very true words. The world of yesteryear has gone, been decimated by those in power who are out to control us for their own ends.
