Let Go, Then Move On

Yasyjayzz123

In order to move on, I must first let go. Let go of every good day we spent. Let go of all the memories and stop reminiscing. Let go of the life you gave me. Let go of all the times we spent together.  I must move on and use this gaffe as a lesson. To be fervent and beatific. But let me tell you I'm not abandoning you. I'm simply letting you eradicate yourself instead of doing it to the both of us. I'm letting you become solitary how you let me. You'll final realize the difference in your life. Like youre missing a piece to it. You try to fill THAT piece but nothing will compare to me. All you have to do is continue life without me. You threw me away like nothing and know you want me back so badly. But now its your turn. To be tossed and treated like you are worthless. Its your turn to be lonely. You tossed me away and I was left weak, but slowly it made me stronger! It made me realize that I can vanquish any hindrance! I can do anything!! Now watch as I move forward and you slowly deteriorate in your emotions and lose all self control. I will be the one to prosper!

  • BRIAN & ANGELA

WELCOME YASY ~ Thanks for your first contribution to MPS ! This is a POEM because it pulsates with Passion & Rhythm like a good poem should. I love the Strength of Character and Resolve you show as your poem develops. I have had my share of being "tossed aside" by someone I loved ~ but like you I resolved to recover and I did ! As a MALE my MANTRA ~ is "Better to have Loved & Lost than never to have Loved at all" I always learn something positive ~ even when Love fades or fails. Thanks for caring and sharing. I am sure your found writing this very CATHARTIC Yours BRIAN (UK).
