getting along in my years
looking back i feel the tears
in this time that is mine
using the past as my guide
like the incoming outgoing tide
the days and nights of ole
come together with this soul
the music was always their
delightful melodies one could hear
on the horizon of thought
harmonium rhythms he had sought
and found something
that could not be bought

- Comment from author about the poem: in my mind I'm always going into my past to look for answers, or something I can enjoy. sometimes, and it could be anywhere. on the street or at the supermarket, I would burst out laughing. loud. people look at me. I can just imagine what their thinking. but I'm to busy laughing to pay much attention.

Nothing wrong with a good LAUGH in public....Fuck what they were thinking....TELL ME YOU DONT GIVE A RIP>>>People are BORING....NEVER HOLD BACK YOUR ANYTHING!
Hey Pauly, another good one. Did you started the book yet?
I tried to make a poem about it. after a half hour I gave up. just because I cant make it a poem doesn"t mean I cant write a story about it. I got some ideas from it and for it. things are looking up.
I did write a new poem tonight for all of us. you will be surprised if you read it. doing things takes time. time, that was the poem I wrote last night. this next one is different. they got to be worked for. they don't grow on trees. if ya want a better poem you've got to work harder for it. all the poems I write now started yesterday. new. hope you like the one I wrote today. pauly
I like this one and I'm excited for the next one.
Nicely written Paul we are about the same age I can relate
Good write, music is always there that can find something that 'could not be bought'
