Who is She

Kaytay17

she was always quiet you would never hear a peep

right behind her eyes were all the answers you seek

her smile would leave you in a daze

its amazing to find out what lie it portrays

is it sadness, loneliness ,or grief her eyes left

maybe its neither, maybe its bereft

but you see she hides its so well

no one would know if she's in hell

when she's happy or in pain

it's all the same

a beautiful smile and a melodic voice

you wouldn't figure her feelings given the choice

she's so soft, and elegant

yet far from being extravagant

she'll probably speak her mind

no matter who is disinclined

so the question still remain

who is this lovely dame

WELCOME KAY ~ THANKS FOR A BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN FIRST POEM ~ Pulsating with Rhyme & Rhythm but with such a enigmatic & questioning message ? Reading between your rhythmic lines methinks this LOVELY DAME could be YOURSELF ? ! Thanks for sharing ~ Yours BRIAN (UK)
