The Problems Of Yesterday

Caherine N. C.

 By: Catherine Nicole

The lake is serene

And as they fall

The leaves of green

It seems that all

Items in scene

Seem to fade away

Into the problems of yesterday

When she did keep

The thoughts of tomorrow

She came to sleep

After great sorrow

Then she did leap

Into the problems of today

Until she did finally drift away

And as the blood of hers ran cold

It seems her story has been told
