Safe Place

Caden

Her voice was so comforting

The safest place for me when everything else was so loud

Staring at her when she wasn't looking

Only for her to catch me as we both smile

Wrapping my arms around her as we slept

Knowing I had my entire world around them

Wonderful write and I know that feeling well

    Nicely said.

Blissful, but risky, that feeling ... basing one's "entire world" on another. None-the-less, a beautifully expressed poem, Caden!

Beautiful loving write, that one person who we go to at all times is always there.
