Overgrown

Lourdes

As time passes I am unable to sleep.

Thoughts crowding my head like a garden that was left unweeded.

Maybe one day I'll get the courage to sift through the soil, rip out the thoughts that were never meant to grow.

WELCOME LOURDES (Lovely name) ~ Thanks for your first poem ~ and your comment. It is well written and examines the frustration of the unwanted thoughts ~ that crowd and clog are minds. It is something ~ to a greater or lesser extent ~ that we experience as Teens. It does get better as we grow up ! Thanks for sharing ~ thinking of you ~ BRIAN (UK)

Hug from me. I would like to help you pull the weeds out. The weeds just start to germinate in my mind. I try to prevent them from growing.
      Feel for you.

      Well expressed.
