Breeze
Love is trust.
Love is true.

Or love is through.

Clever reflection on love.
Thank you.
"Spent my summer time beside her
And the rest of the year the same.
She is the flint that sparks the lighter
And the fuel that will hold the flame."
The certainty of your words rings true here. Nice piece Aa.
Thank you.
"Kiss me like you wanna be loved,
You wanna be loved,
You wanna be loved.
This feels like falling in love,
Falling in love,
We're falling in love.
Settle down with me
And I'll be your safety,
You'll be my lady."
Sounds vaguely familiar, but I'm drawing a blank. You going to keep me in suspense? Or do I have to beg? ; )
'Kiss Me'
by Ed Sheeran.
The collection is about love, so I wanted to answer any comments with love songs / love poems, if I can. (Sometimes I might use a lyric that isn't from a love song.)
All the replies to comments on this part of the collection (Breeze) are from Ed Sheeran songs. Any comments on tomorrows part of the collection will be answered by another artist if I do get any comments. I just wanted to start with the best song writer.
Lovely words, truth.
Thank you.
""I could look into your eyes,
Until the sun comes up
And we're wrapped in light and life and love."
You have some very special and precious collection here. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for reading my poetry.
"So I'll take you to the beach
And walk along the sand
And I'll, make you a heart pendant,
With a pebble held in my hand
And I'll carve it like a necklace,
So the heart falls where your chest is
And now a piece of me is a piece of the beach
And it falls just where it needs to be and rests,
Peacefully.
So you just need to breathe,
To feel my heart against yours now,
Against yours now.
‘Cause maybe I'm just in love when you wake, me, up,
Or maybe I'm just in love when you wake, me, up.
Maybe I fell in love, when you woke...me...up."
