i took her for granted
And turned her heart cold
Never took time to listen
To her story untold.
She endured so much pain
But always believed
She loved me completely
But I just let her heart bleed .
Chance after chance
Time after Time
Now she loves me no longer
But the fault is all mine.
She put her heart in my hands
And trusted with love
And after all that I've done
She never gave up.
Now I lay here so lonely
Without her here by my side
And hoping one day
For that one last try.

Very good emotive write Vincent, I do hope that you get that 'one last try'.
Very good writing, but once a lady makes up her mind, it is very hard to get her to change. Wish you all the best though!
