Tune: Nun Danket

('Now thank we all our God')

********

Psalm 51 v.10-11

Create in me clean heart

O God, renew me, each part

Renew a right spirit

Your light of life in me lit

And cast me not away

From your presence today

And do not take away

Your Holy Spirit, stay

Psalm 52 v.8-9

I like a green olive

Tree, in your house Lord I live

I trust in your mercy

For ever, endless it be

I will praise you for e'er

You helped me, you were there

Saved me from enemy

I shall wait, trust you, see

Psalm 54 v.4-5

Behold, God my help is

I know so, 'tis even this

That He is with them sure

Who uphold my soul e'ermore

And to my enemy

His reward, it shall be

Evil lots they shall know

God shall appoint it so

Psalm 53 v.6

O that the salvation

Would come to Israel's nation

Out of Zion, the hill

On which it is founded still

When God shall captives bring

From captivity, sing

Shall His people, rejoice

They glad in God their choice

Psalm 51 v.15

O Lord, my lips open

And I shall show your praise then

My mouth it shall true tell

Of you who do all things well

Silent I shall not be

But shall offer you free

The sacrifice of praise

Fair anthems to you raise
