Regret

Writings From The Unknown13

hatred fills the air.

anger fills your careless heart.

and pain fills my empty chest.

mistakes fill the wonders of our minds.

silence fills the space between us...

and regret fills the unsincerity of goodbye in my voice.

thank you for the lessons,

but never mind the memories.

thank you for the lies,

but never mind the truth.

thank you for the tears.

thank you for the mistakes.

thank you for the breaking of my heart.

and thank you for the wisdom.

but never mind the fake love.

never mind the useless arguments.

never mind your careless heart.

never mind your feelings.

never mind your meaningless words.

never mind your emotionless tears.

and you never mind me and my dying ways...

moved on from you,

still have scars from you.

learned my lesson.

gained my wisdom...

from you.

and realized who i dont want to be...

because of you.

found the one for me,

found someone who isnt you...

thanks to you.

and now im the happiest ive ever been...

thanks to you and the scars you left me.

you are my regret...
