Afternoontea

I've been sad since you left daddy

Trying hard not to miss you

Memories of you stained my mind 

I was your little girl.

 

A million times I needed you daddy

A million times I cried 

But you weren't here to wipe my tears

And be by my side.

 

 

You make me so angry daddy

for walking away and leaving me

I don't know why you left

I dont know what I did wrong.

 

 

My heart is broken forever daddy

 I have been so lonely without you.

I've been down, down, down.

I miss you so much daddy.

    When a parent leaves it is usually the kids that get hurt the most. Very well written.

      Thankyou. Had a little cry writing it. It was a long time ago. Always tried not to think about it. That little girl us still there in the back of my mind.
