I'll never be the girl you take out for breakfast.
I'll never be the girl you take for a walk.
I'll only be the girl you call at 1 am, because you couldn't find someone who would do more than talk.
You'll say that you've missed me.
You'll say that you need me.
And if I come over, you'll just want to kiss me.
I know that I shouldn't.
I know that I'll pay.
If I give you what you want, you won't call another day.
I just want to be loved.
I just want someone to hold.
But I keep making mistakes, and now I'm getting old.
When will I learn?
I don't even want to try.
I just do what I can to make life pass me by.
Because... I'll never be that girl.
