People don't feel my pain

And sometimes neither do I

Heart-aching has me overtaking

Over-thinking while I'm being patience

I'm talking about my future, that's if I make it

I just want to live free and spiritually everyday

My heart is broken, well not all the way

But when I get to thinking, my thoughts run deeper than space

Sad to say, I just hope my life don't turn out in the wrong way

I feel alone

To be honest I am alone

I show people mad love

But somehow still treated wrong

I'm dying inside and can't fake it

Deep down, there's a dark path with no exit

But being with you till the end of time

That is a beautiful exit for me

That one person can bring you out from the depths in which you find yourself. Keep reaching for them, that person will bring you into the light. Welcome to MPS.

I find great wit in your opening couplet:

    People don't feel my pain
    And sometimes neither do I

The first line is something we all say to ourselves... the second one, well, we don't express it quite so perfectly. We say we cover our pain up, put on a brave face, bite our lip... but ... what you said! Nice. We don't feel it but it's there.
