girl in the mirror

naomibe

I told them the girl in the mirror wasn't me

she wanted to kill

I longed to be free

She was full of anger, hatred and rage

Feelings I'd supressed since a very young age

They would not beleive me when I said we were two

They said look again there is only you

So I looked and I saw the girl with the rage in her heart

And I saw me, I could tell us apart

Slowly we merged and she took over my life

It was her, not me who was holding the knife

Now she has gone and I feel more sane

But I'm scared she'll be back to rule me again

No Sorry, So far all I know is that you can only post 1 poem a day (which sucks), but gives you time to look at other peoples poetry.
