Good write Brian. Ooh, but I wanted a nice cardy. Send them the needed cow, and send me the cardy! lol.
A pint of sherry for me please (??)!!

    • BRIAN & ANGELA

Thanks STEVE ~ When you subscribe £50 to "Send a Cow" you specify how many Cards you want (i.e. 5) You then send your Friends the card telling them they have a share in a COW ! The card will feature a COW not a ROBIN ~ but remember they did share a Bedroom with Baby JESUS so it is Scriptural ! You can always have a wee dram o' single malt In your hot milk at night ! Yours BRIAN

Ahh yes - and would there have been snowy scenes there at the time of Jesus\' birth? Don\'t know what season it was there then. I think I\'ve sent a chicken or something else some years. Makes sense, as does the cow. I shall get me Horlicks out tonight! Erm, I didn't quite get the point. You meant MILK, not sherry! lol.

For babies, mother milk is the BEST! Nice write, Brian, and thank you for reminding everybody that the time to give is now.

        • BRIAN & ANGELA

YES INDEED FRED ~ Mummy Milk does contain special ingredients (missing in Cow's Milk) so initially it is BEST ! In some Developing Countries some mothers are too undernourished to lactate so we have to provide Baby Milk Formula or a COW ! If I'm honest I don't need anything (for CHRISMAS) so I m happy to share in a COW (or a Beehive or a Flock of Sheep etc) instead of socks ~ bottle of Sherry ~ books etc ! Now is the time to GIVE ~ Yours BRIAN

A very good write! love the style of this

          • BRIAN & ANGELA

Thanks Shannon ~ pleased you liked the style. Technically a basic Sonnet must have 14 likes ~ the length of the verses and the presence or absence of rhyme is arbitrary. If the lines are co-syllabic it is called Blank Verse if not Free Verse (Blank Verse has more rhythm ~ OK). For An Acrostic Sonnet the Word or Phrase (in this example DRINKA PINTA DAY) must have 14 letters ~ OK ! Creamy Hugs ~ BRIAN XXX

Very good write Brian. Your heart is always in the right place during Christmas and throughout the year! Sisterly hugs-Christina

            • BRIAN & ANGELA

Thanks CHRIS ~ As Christians we always have to positive and encouraging ~ on a Open Site like MPS ~ It is part of our WITNESS ! Thanks for your encouragement ~ Creamy Hugs from your Spiritual Brother BRIAN @@@@@@@ (seven perfect hugs ~ one for each day of next week !)
