You’re not the one who feels like an outcast
You’re not the one who’s haunted by your past
You’re not the one drowning in blood
You’re not the one who has nobody giving a crud
You’re mot the one who’s only friend is silver and shines
You’re not the one whose friend pierces your skin
You’re not the one whose friend leaves red lines
You’re not the one whose friend makes you flinch
You’re not the one addicted to a knife
You’re not the one who can’t deal with life
You’re not the one terrified of love
You’re not the one needing that encouraging shove
You’re not the once slicing your wrists
You’re not the one who’s lives a fucking twist
You’re not the one wishing you was dead
You’re not the one lost inside your head
You’re not the one who barley talks no more
You’re not the one whose life is just a closed door
You’re not the one counting to ten
You’re not the one who does it again
You’re not the one feeling the pain
You’re not the one who is given the blame
You’re not the one whose arms rain
You’re not the one dealing with the shame
You’re not the one trying to go
You’re not the one trying not to show
You’re not the one completely empty
You’re not the one who nobody can empathy
You’re not the one who worries what people say
You’re not the one everyday bowing your head in dismay
You’re not the one fighting everyday
You’re not the one wishing suicide every day.

I promise you you're not alone, I completely relate and I understand how you wanna cut everyone off, you just want to be by yourself, I understand how hard it is to stop cutting, you can talk to me anytime and I promise I don't judge sweetie x
Another sad but real poem! You aren't alone and you can get through. Just keep fighting
