Silent wisdom

Poetic Dan

If I was to hold my tongue
Not speak of events that unfold
They'd be hidden from all but you

The clearness of your light
Peers through my sight
To drive me insane
Or see stumbling gains

With this neutral judgement
My mind is put at ease
Inner conflict makes it hard to breathe
Accountability of my integrity
When it's just you and me

Thanks for the silent wisdom you give

You expressed in a beautiful way where that silent wisdom comes from: Deep within yourself, God (if you believe). I like the line 'Accountability of my integrity'.

Thanks buddy, that line is repeated in my head to stop me going down a path I'm trying so hard to get off

Good write, so much can be said in silence.

Language without words has always been my favourite.
