Dear oldest friend

Poetic Dan

Dear great spirit,

I've come to the point where there is a feeling far in the distance. Like the highest peek from the bottom of a mountain, you know it's there but you won't even get a glimpse of it til half way.

Is this an endless climb? Will there even be a top? Or does it just get easier to never stand and feel the moment of complete freedom, in awe of me passing through the trials and tribulations in my journey.

You've listened to the rhyme in my head,
From the beginning you heard every bit,
You know the place I stand,
A witness to all that I am.

This moment of being what I saw I could be,
Not letting my emotions control my physical energy,
Anger and resentment no longer sit on my plate,
I feel it in my heart that love is the better way.

May this reflect in me and bring light,
On what is at this very moment,
A huge test on my inner wolves.

Humbly
From me
To you

        So beautifully expressed
        Poetic Dan...

        “Anger and resentment no
        longer sit on my plate,
I feel it in my heart that
        love is the better way.”

        At times it’s difficult, but
        that is the better direction!

Thank you, and for inspiring my thoughts to go off on a piece about direction. As right now I'm lost as part gets 😉
