Nature Understood

Accidental Poet

Nature Understood

The image before him

Tranquil and serene

How it pulls on his soul

The very core of his being

The chatter of bird song

Smells of flowers in gentle breeze

Whispers in the pines

Conversing with the trees

He takes in the view

With adoring eyes

He’s more than the common man

As few men ever realize

The beauty of nature

Is far and wide

Mountains mirrored in calm lakes

While they reach for the sky

His silent wonder of Shooting Stars

This a blessing he knows

Much like the anticipation

Of a full moon’s glow

A mirrored scene all around him

Is he looking outwards?

Or maybe at beauty within

Nature understood

Beautiful poem AP and also enjoyed the clip. If it wasn't for the hummingbird I could have sworn it was filmed in the UK as all the other flora and fauna are to be found here.

Thank you Michael for reading, watching the video and your compliment. It may be a compilation of separate videos from many places combined to make one video. So you may be right, some of it could be in the UK.
