Got to take my boy to see you last night, his first gig. Just amazing, up close and personal. The light you gave was as good as your song Faheem (wish I could of thanked you personally) but you graced me with walking away and us. You inspire me to be a better me. Thank you for spreading your light to help me spread mine, paying it forward till all on this bus are free standing next to the one’s we love.

- Comment from author about the poem: This is my partners son, although we only met nearly two years ago and it being a huge changing part of his life. I'm honoured and blessed to have the chance to be given by him to listen and take direction from a father of more than my own. To Gabriel I hope you know that not matter what happens, my ears are hear for you son. I'm glad this moment brought our first meaningful hug.
