Lost/Found love

Celena

My first love my first guy he f***** it up but he came back and I denied.

My heart was hurting and i wanted to die.

My eyes were puffy and red because all I ever did was cry.

I forgave him because I didn't want to hold a grudge.

All I can do now is support and show him love.

The only person that I still talk to since our relationship ended.

It is us to decide whether the rules and regulations get bended.

He listen to me I listen to him and would be there for him even if he broken a limb.

The years that pass we finally spent a night alone together.

Whether to be emotional or just act like its nothing.

Didn't want to let him go all I could do was hug him.

Thinking of al the pass memories that we once had.

Remembering listening to usher song "U GOT IT BAD".

Tears forming in my eyes, no I would not shed at all.

I just hope back then we would have played a game of Love and Basketball.

Our time is up the night must come to an end.

We both have separate lives that we must attend.

You are like a lover and friend I don't care what no one thinks.

Let them sit and talk while we just watch them hate.

WELCOME CELENA ~ thanks for your first POEM ~ I enjoyed it because it was straight from your HEART ! As we get older I'm 34 ~ still not a DAD (as far as I know !) but in Love & Life we all leave a trail of those we have loved and lost. Ghosts from the PAST cross my Path now & them and I always give them a bit of TLC (Tender Loving Care) and thank them for the Memory ~ OK Please check my Poems ~ Yours BRIAN (UK)

      Welcome to MPS, Celena!
Love and life can be a real roller coaster and you expressed that well in your first poem here.
