Get off at Stratford for a walk through the Olympic Park,
At North Greenwich you can walk on the O2,
Have afternoon tea at Claridges near Bond Street,
Pop into the Hendrix exhibition nearby for a view.
Follow in the footsteps of Mr Holmes at Baker Street,
The Hindu temple at Neasden inspires one’s spiritual side,
Run around Wembley Park in the annual Color Run 5K,
Travel all the way to Stanmore for this Jubilee ride.

- Comment from author about the poem: The Jubilee line is a London Underground line that runs between Stratford in east London and Stanmore in the suburban north-west, via the Docklands, South Bank and West End. Opened in 1979, it is the newest line on the network, although some sections of track date back to 1932 and some stations to 1879. The line was built to mark the Silver Jubilee of Elizabeth II, after which the line was named.

Often stay at the Premier Inn in Stratford - hop on a bus outside the door using bus pass and in the centre of town without spending a penny (don't live in London so don't qualify for a free underground pass) - do enjoy your underground journeys FineB

A fine write Fine. Never knew there was so much we could do. Well, maybe I knew, but not done a lot myself!
Many thanks Orchidee.
There is so much you can do in London.
The London Underground and all its intricate lines and connections are a voyage of discovery in itself.
Londoners just need to take the time and chill and discover the beauty of the city.
