Quietly i was growing

Quietly i learned

Quietly i made myself a fool

and 

a fool i stays

a fool is always the same

same on the outside

different on the inside

conversations on the outside

screaming on the inside

peoples don't change

only when we are greatly influenced

by our brothers and sisters

we look on the peoples cover

and

not the peoples feelings

we do not talk with words

but with actions

we seek different ways to tell whom we are

in different ways we created masks

on Internet

on life

even in our own history

we create disguises for ourselves to fit in

never have i ever said

I love you to my family

never have i done the things

i promised

never have i ever created something

that felt like the right choice

never in my life

have i ever thought to myself

did you do enough?

do you enjoy this?

do you feel happy?

never have i ever

felt that i did the right thing

but now i try to open up

bit 

by

bit

i try to express what i think and feel in all the ways i can

and 

i see that i'm making slow progress towards become more open

even if my words feels a bit empty

i do what i can

and

the things i create

just gotta be happy with it

be happy with what i got

i most accept and understand

and so do we all

every day

and

night

you decide yourself if you want to understand or not

to be happy or not

everything is up to us they say

but it does not have to be us

we don't need to be alone

we have each other 

even when we are quiet

even when we don't talk

we have each other 

so open yourself and get your words out
