Why is it so cold?
Freezing, numbness, darkness, Cold
Why is it so Cold?!
Fogginess, bitter, endless
Fear makes life so very Cold.

- Comment from author about the poem: i have a lot of fear and sadness and it leaves me cold. this is true for many. This type of poem is a Japanese Tanka. We are learning about these in my World history class.

Welcome ROSETTE ~ It is so so sad that a lovely girl ~ as young as you ~ should be miserable ! I love Japanese Poetry and Tankas (57577) with their two extra lines give more scope for expression than HAIKU (575) ! I agree with you FEAR also makes me cold ~ But the older I get the more I can cope with fear. Please check my POEMS !
