Old man

kash

Old Man

Each rising morning he awakes to another day without her
Feelings of sadness overcome him
Like a garden without pruning
His beard is overgrown and unkept

Every night he lays with her memory
Talking to God about her
I miss her Lord, her smile, her smell, and her heart

Every thought is consumed with a reunion
