But it's okay

CabbageTheCat

I can't sleep but that's okay
I want to rearrange the room but that's okay
I need to clean but that's okay
I don't own trash bags but that's okay
My partner refuses to go out and buy them but that's okay
I never learned to drive my self but that's okay
My mom taught me to be afraid of driving but that's okay
She didn't want to pay more on insurance but that's okay
She didn't want me to get a job but that's okay
She wanted me to be a kid but that's okay
I was too busy in therapy but that's okay
I couldn't think straight but that's okay
I had to relearn emotions but that's okay
I was on six pills a day but that's okay
They told me I'll never forget but that's okay
I have scars to prove it but that's okay
Strangers ask if I own cats but that's okay
They look at me solemnly but that's okay
I want to distract but that's okay
When I'm bored I think but that's okay
It's two in the morning and I need to clean so I can rearrange my room so I have more room to run because I can hear someone in my head, a framiliar voice in a vicious cycle.
But that's okay.

This poem is okay and more - not just 'okay' and mediocre! A fine write Cabbage.
