A Mother's Love

mrsbeaver

My mother always told me,

That I would never know real love,

Until that time that I was blessed,

With a child sent from up above.

The moment that I saw him,

It was the purest thing,

My mum was right,

This tiny being had made my whole heart sing.

So perfect and so helpless,

Such a bundle full of joy,

Its true, a Mother's Love is the deepest love

I cherish my baby boy.

Its only now that i'm a Mother,

I can understand ,

The love my Mother has for me,

Whilst I hold that tiny hand.

BEAUTIFUL MRS B ! I love it and I love the texture and scent of newborns ! I'm not even a DAD yet and I know I will never be a MUM ! If (and when) I'm reincarnated I've ticked the BOX HUMAN ~ FEMALE just so I too can experience the infinite & unique JOY you describe ! I guess it makes 9 months of (hard) labour all worthwhile ! Yours BRIAN
