As long as there is a song to sing

A step to be taken

A poem to be written

This flame will burn on

 

As long as there is a truth to be spoken

An injustice to be ended

A life to be saved

This flame will burn on

 

As long as there are dreams to be fulfilled

Hopes to be acknowledged

Hearts to be kindled

This flame will burn on

 

As long as these eyes face forward

These legs carry on

This heart continues beating

This flame will burn on
