I had a writing in my head to get out
Instead I've had an emotional attack
As strong as I try to write my words
The reverse can happen, I fall apart
My tears pull down like a guillotine
My silence is a dragons fire in my being
A never ending journey learning how
The mind, heart and soul can be one again.
I'll keep searching on...

sometimes it can feel hard to write out how we are feeling ... very strong lines with reference to the gullotine and the dragons fire .. great read
