Caprice

Jabberwocky

If I happen to fall in love
Will it come down from above?

Will Cupid seeing me down below
Fire an arrow from his bow?

Am I so bent to Cupids will
To be unloved then until

His caprice sets things free
That should in truth be set by me?

Am I the master of my heart?
I keep it's fires burning bright
And I want not the gods to start
The work that purposes my might

Reward me fate, or damn me yet

I will take what I beget.

Very good write, Cupids can come from any direction and can be shot in the most unexpected circumstances.
