Pebble

Jabberwocky

You were the monkeys in my zoo
You were the glitter on my glue
You were the hula in my baloo
You were the sky of deepest blue
You were the animals two by two
You were the tea for two I'd brew
You were the negligee seen through
You were the road to Timbuktu
You were the one and only you.

You were the job I couldn't do
You were the one who was untrue.

You are the pebble in my shoe.

Very good write, love the last line. I do hope that you have shaken the pebble out of your shoe.
