stars fly
as i look up at the skies
and pray to you
tears of longing
of seeking prayers to the heavens
placing my hands to the heavens
walking in tear drenched puddles
my head muddled with thoughts of you
of godly things
of the beauty of life
comes alive
at the stillness of night
