No matter where I seem to go
Your light follows my heart and soul
No matter what I've done
You never leave me alone
From one prospective it's all for me
Shining always straight to my feet
Every living thing knows of the glow
From that seed you've watched it grow
Life can bring plenty of distractions
None will ever come close to your actions
At the very start until the bitter end
Thank you for being here every step of the way

Absolutely my friend, if only my mind would let me enjoy it more. Although I think there is a tiny percentage of a percentage that get better every day.
