Why forbidden fruit I hope
Will always taste so sweet
Hanging life fails to cope
When devils hung on trees.
Yes, we should be satisfied
Be happy with what you got
To be honest and tell no lies
Even if you've lost the plot.
Try not to cry or dwell upon
Is the only way to break free
True love only goes so wrong
When it really was meant to be.
Come towards and share a thought
All desires are tasting good
For it's what the devil taught
And I don't know if you should.
Heaven's angels take good care
No matter what you've done
Love is ours to take and share
When we love Gods son.
To spice the sour up a bit
Learn to let love carry on
There in your heart is lit
Of where you walked along.
As we climbed up rocky hills
Most of us fell back down
It felt like time stood still
With no one else around.
There was time to say goodbye
Walking up to Heaven's gate
Whispering and wondering why
Is everyone so late.
Somewhere inside my mothers' love
I've searched and asked her why
She works out wonders from above
I know she wants me aiming high.
So, take the offer up and give
The rarity of humanity work
Building homes for people to live
Turn around and take a look.
It turned out the rain has poured
Soaking wet without no clothes
So let us pray to the Lord
Is it Heaven or Hell who knows.
Wishing well has spoken and said
There's no place like home
It's there where you're loved then fed
And always without being alone.
When all is said and suddenly broke
Let loose the temptations inside
But when it's too late they woke
Darkness is never a place to hide.
So, farewell to you and hope you have listened
For this poem has landed so get up and say
To the importance of everything written
And may God bless you all along your way.
