Broken Hearts

fauxqueens

You.

Me.

The day I first laid eyes on you, it was like witnessing the first snow in the desert.

Made my heart flutter, like no other.

Being me, I was nervous to introduce myself.

So handsome, so tall, you had it all.

  • BRIAN & ANGELA

WELCOME FRIEND ~ thanks for your first poem ! Elegantly penned but dripping with the Pathos of Lost Love ! This is a very empathetic site and most of us (M & F) can mirror your experience!
I have had almost 20 years of "courting" Ladies (positive relationship with Angela at the moment) and I have learned something from each attachment ! My Mantra is "Better to have Loved and Lost ~ than never to have loved at all !" This is easier for a Man to say than a Lady. I trust you will soon find a compatible Lover ~ Yours BRIAN
