Am I alone?

Chloé

I finish work and make my boyfriend tea
Wifey material he tells me
Except there’s no please and there’s no Thankyou
Only the quiet tapping of his iPhone in the blankness
Sometimes I question am I the only woman in his life?
And when I ask him I get an angered reply
I try my hardest to please everyone I meet
Especially this being because I think he’s he one for me
He treats me different now because we argue a lot
He doesn’t say I love you or tell me if he misses me or not
So I’m sat here putting my feelings into words
Sat on the kitchen counter eating the left over dessert
A bottle of wine has become one of my best of companions
Especially when I’m alone in all of this sadness

You should never let anyone treat you like that, you deserve respect from someone and if he does not give it to you, then he doesn't truly love you as someone else might.

Such a sad write but the answer does not lie in a bottle of wine. Talk to him and make him listen.
