Ambition
The skies today were blue,
and inside my head, I had said
it might just be you.
I am red and together;
we are lilac.
Do not be sad my love, I am here.
I will always be here.
I feel warm, when you are near,
baby, darling, my dear,
do not fear what is to come,
because all I am is you,
and you are beautiful.
