(Caretakers Of Greed)

Spirit Walker

(Caretakers of Greed)

Care takers of the world, we should be

But humanity's greed destroys thee

A beautiful world he gave us to hold

But we take and take like a thief stealing gold

A plague comes in all different forms

But the plague of greed is taking this world by storm

What truly have we gained

When humanity's touch leaves everything so stained

Without us the earth would heal

"Really Humans"

That was not part of the deal

We was put here to be caretakers of all

From the mighty to the small

How could humanity, so intelligent and strong

Have gotten it so wrong

Good write and so true, unfortunately those with the power are the most greedy.
