    Frank,
    This was a difficult one!
    Was it a language problem?

Yes there was a language problem - she was slavic origin, and for all I know she may have been a doctor over there.

With us she was being treated for a psychotic condition of some kind.

In the situations I've written about, the setting is Public Psychiatry and often the application of the Mental Health Act to enable involuntary treatment. Folk in these poems will have brought themselves to attention by some kind of concerning behavior outside the usual range of accepted social experience. Not much in the way of talk therapies - if talk can help, a person shouldn't be in the public mental health sector.

      Hard end of the spectrum.

        Frank,
Thank you for your indulgence! I’m really learning a lot through your writes! I appreciate your time!
