Once there was a girl,
Who had to give rhyming a whirl.
She tried rhyming this and matching that,
She tried to be like the Cat in the Hat.
Every word she tried, but she couldn’t do it.
She finally gave up, and lost all spirit,
She wrote a story instead and hoped for the best,
For her grade depended on not the test,
But for that poem, she couldn't even guess.

I liked this. My poems almost never rhyme because I'm horrible at rhyming, but this is awesome! I really like it and hope you continue to post more.
