shelter

onepauly

on a hill in a cabin

it is cold so im a grabbing

more wood for the fire

what better hand could i hire

just to liven up the flame

with this done company came

so i picked up my guitar

played music from near and far

then it started snowing

the wind was really blowing

they said they would be going

after we all said our goodby

i settled down for some blueberry pie

with a storm outside my door

i threw a big rug on the floor

curled up cozy by the blaze

i'll write something

of which to amaze

          • onepauly

I was going to call it cabin fever.
            but that's also a movie
            which I seen 5 times.
            ha! ha!
            thanks for your comment.
