Mindset of a Logophile

A

as i become aimlessly lost,

allowing the entirety of myself;

to be numinously overwhelmed,

within the binds of the

Grandiose, Extraordinary, Phantasmagorically,

Inconceivable pages of a dictionary...

Filling my head with word after word.

My soul slowly descends from the Earth;

These words,

Limitless and Limitless combinations of them.

These pages,

Guidance to the ultimate speaking possibilities.

they are my new home.

they are my safe place.

My hope for a new beginning.

My first step;

In a life in-love with the art-

of Literature.

    THANKS AEMA ~ I got the message !
    Love your second poem ! This is a real modern (21st C) Free Verse Poem. Dynamic ~ full of rhythm ~ straight from your heart ! Modern poetry is WORDS in any order but with a MESSAGE ! Poetry & Literature are infinite ~ millions of words in hundreds of languages so we can only dip our toe in ! However any interaction with the World's Literature is always a blessing ~ what languages are you studying ? Keep writing and I promise to write a positive comment on every poem you post ~ I am an Encourager ! I love it. I also love words. Their importance in everyday life, on special occasions, To explain, to teach, to describe. Everything makes more impact when the exact right words are used.
