Leaf or trunk all are welcome

Poetic Dan

Please come and sit under my tree
Sharing the wisdom of your time for me

At the top my roots need to breathe the truth
The middle is nutrition fed by connecting with you
Right at the bottom, as deep as you can go
This is where you'll synchronise the soul
As the tears of sorrow or joy are the same
It all helps once you realise love is the gain

So come take a leaf or a pew on a rock
Whatever the weather you'll find I'm standing up
Ready to listen or share our thoughts

Timelessly in motion, endlessly at rest
Openly returning what already exists

Thank you my friend and what an impact that had as I listened to your soul with "our children will not bite the bullet" let's keep doing what we are doing 😉

      Dan,
Your pen is golden! An extraordinarily poignant write!
      I love every single word...
      and the pic is phenomenal!

“So come take a leaf or a pew on a rock
      Whatever the weather...”

I would take a leaf from that tree anytime!
