- Comment from author about the poem: I do believe in aspects of faith but only certain parts. I still believe everyone is equal no matter of sexuality and religion or abilities. So it may seem strange i've referred to my lesbian relationship as being 'a sin' but that's just it stated in other peoples eyes. This poem is to reflect my true feelings for my partner. If she is upset i get upset too. If she is fearing a change i'll fear it with her. Love is love no matter the shape, gender, colour etc.
