The Illusion

MrNobody40

If only I had the sky in my hand
Would I feel powerful
As though time had no voice
Or that our world is merely the illusion
We choose to see
We are all simply dreaming
Stuck between reality and fiction
Our life in our hands
And we blink

The opening lines remind me of the Atlas myth, and I love that precisely because I think the connection between the sky and our lives is the connection the Ancient Greeks were making as well.

Super write, life is what we make it and what we believe and in blinking our life on Earth may disappear but I know that My Spirit will go on towards infinity.
