A Story To Those Struggling With Sin

There was once a rapper,
I used to listen to.
His name was pronounce, 'Soulja Slim'.
He once wrote a song,
about going to prison,
but now I look at it different.
I do not really listen to it anymore,
as it is not pertaining to God.
Still, when you think of it,
it may seem kind of odd.
He once said, and I quote,
'I done been here befoe.
I told myself I wasn't gonna,
come here no mo.
I lied to myself,
cause now I'm in the same place'.
Yet, now that I think of it,
I hear it in a different way.
We as Christian,
believers in Christ,
may sometimes struggle with sin.
We tell ourselves.
We promise ourselves,
that we will never,
go back to where we've been,
and we find ourselves,
once again,
over and over,
in the same situation.
Sometimes it seems,
as though we are in our own spiritual prison.
that is only when,
we rely on ourselves.
We must put our trust in God,
Over anyone or anything else.

The temptation to SIN
Comes from three sources
The WORLD which is all around us#
The FLESH which is within us ~ no escape
The DEVIL who is by our side goading us to SIN
The BIBLE teaches us that we should flee
From the WORLD and Worldly Pleasures
That we should "crucify" the FLESH
And live in the HOLY SPIRIT
That we should resist The
DEVIL with the SWORD of
SPIRIT ~ WORD OF GOD

Because we are BORN AGAIN Christians we are
indwelt by GOD's HOLY SPIRIT and we all have
ALL the NINE FRUITS od the SPIERIT

EYE OF THE STORM
THIS IS HOW I FELT WHEN I WAS DROWNING IN SIN,THEN HOW I FELT AFTER I FOUND GOD.
THE EYE OF THE STORM IS CLOSING IN,
HOLDING ME CAPTIVE IN THE STATE I'M IN.
I AM TRYING TO BREAK FREE FROM THE CHAINS OF MY PRISON,
I AM ALWAYS SAD AND NOT FEELING ANY HAPPY SENSATIION.
YOU ARE THE ANSWER TO MY PRAYERS,
YOU ARE THE SAVIOR FROM THE LOAD THAT I BEAR.
IT'S SO HEAVY,I AM FEELING CRUSHED,
YOU CAN LIFT IT UP AND SAVE ME WITH YOUR TOUCH.
YOU WILL DELIVER ME FROM THE EYE OF THE STORM,
AND SHOW ME THE REASON FOR WHICH I WAS BORN.
I DON'T KNOW WHY,BUT IT IS YOUR WILL,
NOW THAT YOU ARE HERE,I WILL EXPERIENCE THE JOY THAT YOU WANT ME TO FEEL.
