Stop when you can stop

When travelling down a road

Worry not you’ll lose

But take comfort going slow

 

Focus on the day

And appreciate being still

With blessings come your way

While others race and reel

 

Celebrate the now

And try your best to be

In the current moment

With today’s blessing seen

 

Do not always race

But give yourself a break

Know that travelling is long

And a little rest ok

 

Try to be on time

Neither too early nor too late

But punctual and fine

And living every day

        A fine write w c. I had a 'panic attack' waiting around for an appointment. But I think I staged it a bit - waiting 45 minutes for nothing! doh! I was not that panicked. More frustrated.

          Thanks, orchidee. I\'ve had panic attacks and frustration attacks. I usually regain my perspective and realize the world is not coming to an end.

            It was bad really - the organisation, I mean. Some who were waiting had special needs. And we had all bothered to turn up on time for a group appointment! I don't have 'special needs' as such, but I suspect we were 'wheeled in' as clients of a 'success story' for a project. Then they said 'smile for a photo' to pat themselves (and clients) on the back I suppose. At which point I was very un-happy and panicked, having sat there 45 minutes like a village idiot! I was not in the photo. doh!
