5am confirmation

Poetic Dan

I'm not sure how to write about this
It's another problem that exists

Late last night I just couldn't resist
I thought it stops me doing other bits
Of course I put as much as I could in
Topped it off with the worst thing
Never the less it was so satisfying

Before I knew it the whole lot was done
left with an overwhelming want for more
Even though I'm already feeling it hurt
The taste overrides my rational thoughts

At 5am the stomach cramps wake me from sleep
The cows milk is causing havoc wanting release
Then cereal is reminding me of its none nutritional value
As what feels like hunger pains start all over again

I guess this is just more confirmation to be dairy free

Lactose in tolerate. That sucks! Feel better soon.

    • Poetic Dan

Not really but I noticed a big difference once I keep an eye on my intake.

        Good!

        Dan,

        This reminds me of a
        food poisoning episode!
        It is the worst!

        Feel better!

It's not that bad I bounced straight back, it's just something I need to control more as it's got so much better since I've been a vegetarian too.

          • Laura🌻

            Great!

So that was you blasting out the moon in the khazie this morning was it?
As a veggie, do you find your body takes brussel sprouts without the traditional christmas flatulent resolve?

            • Poetic Dan

Haha that it was, holding on for dear life. Not sure on the sprouts as I've never liked them

I have always been an omnivore but I also cook, and our children and grandchildren have gone through phases of being vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian and all types in between. It could be a challenge sometimes when they all come to dinner to create meals they will all eat.

              Good write PD.

              • Poetic Dan

Thank you my friend, but we are still glad when they come for dinner 😉

                  Every time Dan, every time.
