Beginning with a smooth stone
Still young and ungrown
Released into the river of life
Stumbling through the jagged rocks
Cut by life's endless strife
Heart forged from memories of compassion
Hope born to live off of tomorrow's rations
Soul taught by drops of blood and sacrifice
Mind crafted through tarnished dreams of paradise
Every wound and scar
Building who we really are
Shaped by the tailors of joy and agony
The twins of chaos and order, happiness and tragedy
Sharpened from the stones and storms
Filling the mold of experience to give way to new form

wow for 15 years old this is wonderful
Thank you!
Very good write, as we go through our lives we learn from experience and remember that experience cannot be taught.
Exactly, life shapes us just as we shape it!
Magnificent as always
I feel those chains loosening
You're so god dam amazing!
Thank you Dan, I don't deserve your praise!
None of us do but we get it anyway
